New Sparta Asset Management Ltd (“NSAM”) has reached an agreement with Nordic Solar A/S (nordicsolar.eu/) to cooperate and advise in the origination, acquisition, and construction of PV Solar farms in Spain, Portugal, France, UK, and Ireland.
Nordic Solar is an established Danish independent power producer which invests in solar PV projects from the development stage to the operational stages in the OECD region. In 2021, Nordic Solar’s portfolio included over 300MWp in operation and construction and over 1000 MWp in development, with assets under management above 500M EUR ad over 500 investors. Established in 2010, Nordic Solar has recently consolidated all their businesses into one sole limited company.
